Stillness Yoga and Meditation Center offers yoga and meditation classes in our fall and spring retreats.



We are excited to RE-OPEN the week of Monday June 7th starting with 4 classes back in studio! 

To ensure your safety and offer a worry free space our COVID protocol is as follows: 

1) Studio classes will be limited to 5 pre-registered students.

2) Vaccinations are required for in studio classes.

Please show your vaccination card upon entry.

3) Be sure and bring your own yoga props: mat, blankets, bolsters, blocks if needed

4) Cleaning guidelines will be in place to ensure a safe practice space .


We will also continue to offer Online Live Streamed and Outdoor Classes.
