By focusing on our breath and movement, we can cultivate a sense of confidence, inner peace and stillness, even amidst the chaos of daily life. Our yoga and meditation practices can serve as a way of coming home to ourselves, of reconnecting with our bodies and minds, and of returning to strength, balance and harmony within.

This is a multi-generational, racially and gender diverse community guided by authenticity, intentional inclusion of all, and the overall wellbeing of self and others. Skilled and caring instructors teach with clear prompts and many variations so that each student can experience an individualized practice throughout every class.
