Instructor for Thursday April 4th/May 9th : Amanda Pawlowski Amanda  has been practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2019, holding a  200-hour E-RYT. A trauma-informed teacher, her style focuses on building  strength inside and out by prompting students to simply notice their  experiences and the sensations those experiences provide. She enjoys  using specific isometric cues to provide an embodied experience for all  levels of experience. Amanda’s classes provide students with an  opportunity to embrace the present moment through the breath and  movement and to celebrate whatever the moment brings.

Instructor for Thirsday April 11th/April 25th : Tina Hewing

Tina’s teaching style is alignment-oriented and gentle, which allows students of all levels to find ease and comfort in their yoga practice. She emphasizes creating a safe and inclusive space for students to cultivate mind, body and breath awareness. Tina completed her 200- hour registered yoga teacher training with Dr. Naima Lewis and Hyer Dynamic Health Discoveries in 2014. Her training equipped her with the knowledge and skills to guide students through effective yoga practices that promote transformation and growth.

Tina has taught in various settings, including a memorable experience leading yoga and meditation sessions on the Nile River in Egypt. The serene environment and ancient history added a unique dimension to her practice and deepened her understanding of yoga's roots. In addition to teaching, Tina is committed to ongoing learning and exploring new ways to expand her practice. She is grateful for the opportunity to share her passion for yoga with the community.

Instructor for Thursday April 18th/May 2nd: Neda Hanson

Neda turned to yoga after finding herself in hip pain, not realizing she was about to delve into a lifestyle. Soon after, she registered for Yoga Teacher Training and has been a huge advocate ever since. “What you avoid is often what you need” when telling people about her journey into yoga. Neda’s yoga style is slower and inviting. She enjoys learning the students needs and likes while exploring the physical element of yoga that suppports each student’s greatest well being. Neda is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She also holds a PharmD and Masters in Public health, and level 2 Reiki trained.
