Holiday gathering time is a great time for a Myofascial Reset. Release tension and stress throughout the body with quick Myofascial Release points. Traveling for the holidays too? Just toss your Myofascial release balls in your car and you are set! Learn specific points in the body to release deep tensions in the muscles and connecive tissue. Our focus will be: feet, ribs, hip flexors and low back. Be surprised how quickly the tension releases with these myofascial release techniques.
