About the event
Join us on a journey from sound to silence. It's a full body experience of listening that invites restorative healing nurturing processes in body and mind.The experience begins lying down in a comfortable position. We then move into a short guided meditation followed by different sounds being introduced. The sounds are created by Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Steel Tongue Drum, Ocean Wave Drum, and Gong.Allow yourself to move from sound to silence.
