About the event
Sound Baths - Sound Meditations with Stephanie take you on a journey from sound to silence. It's a full body experience of listening that invites restorative healing nurturing processes in body and mind.
The experience begins lying down in a comfortable position. We then move into a short guided meditation followed by different sounds being introduced. The sounds are created by Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Steel Tongue Drum, Ocean Wave Drum, and Gong.
