This evening invites you to pause at the threshold of the season and open body , mind and heart to the light of summer - slowly, intentionally, and with full permission to be still and soak in the quiet radiance of summer. 

Andrea will guide you through supported long held Restorative Yoga Postures with all the props to make this a deeply restoring evening. Deep Rest is on the way! Stephanie will bring in soothing, healing sounds of Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Gong, Ocean Drum and more. An evening to simply Be in the Stillness~
