Join Lilia Sofía for a nurturing 2-hour experience that weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and simple, intentional ritual. This class offers a compassionate space to honor what has shaped us, to acknowledge what we are releasing, and to reconnect with the light that continues forward.
Grief is not only the loss of a loved one—it can arise with the end of a relationship, a job, a chapter of life, or a role we once held. It is, at its core, love for what has mattered deeply.
