About the event

Living Well in 2023 Body, Mind and Soul with meditation and breath practices. Meditation and Pranayama practices are often overlooked in the practice of yoga today. Many enter into a yoga practice understanding only its physical benefits.  Through meditation and working with our breath, the doorway opens to less reactivity in our daily lives, a decrease in the physical and mental effects of stress, clarity and more resilience emotionally and psychologically. Overwhelm, anxiety, uncertainty, and high stress creates tremendous suffering each and ever day. Join Stephanie and learn tools to regulate toward a healthier more vital sense of well being. Let these practices support you in establishing a sense of balance and control in your day to day life. Stephanie teaches and coaches meditation and breath practices in a high paced corporate world along side a yoga studio setting.  She has seen and experienced the power of these practices in bringing a sense of balance, insight and renewed relationships within individuals , families and communites. Living Well in 2023 is A 5 week journey to setting an  intentional foundation for your Well  Being . Kickoff your 2023 with  Ayurveda, Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation  practices lead by 5 experts in  their field.

Living Well in 2023 Series includes:

  2. Ayurveda & Yoga for Mental Well Being with Tzipporah Gerson Miller 2/4/23
  3. Finding Your THRIVE through Ayurveda's Daily Habits with Jessica Otieno 2/11/23
  4. Yoga’s Universal Ethical Principles: The Yamas and The Niyamas in a Flow Yoga practice with Amanda 2/18/23
  5. Meditation and Pranayama to feed the Mind, Body & Soul with Stephanie 2/25/23

$125  for  5 week Living Well Series or $30 drop in fee per  individual class.  January 28th - February 25th. 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. To  register for  individual classes rather than the series please contact stephanie@stillnessyoga.com
