Embracing and living yoga and Ayurveda in our daily lives has tremendous rewards.  Yet, learning and practicing all that yoga and Ayurveda offers us can be daunting and overwhelming at times.  It gifts us truly a wealth of beautiful, ancient wisdom.  Without getting lost in the details, let’s discuss some key discoveries from this ancient holistic science of Ayurveda and how you can use it to feel your best in 2023!

Join Jessica on February 11th to explore how to engage the rhythm of life using basic, daily Ayurvedic habits. We’ll touch on many daily Ayurvedic lifestyle habits, including sleep, diet, movement, and more! No need to fuss over your specific constitution or try to unravel the maze, these habits help everyone connect to the deep inner wisdom and rhythm within, bring your body into balance, and THRIVE. 

Living Well in 2023 is A 5 week journey to setting an  intentional foundation for your Well  Being . Kickoff your 2023 with  Ayurveda, Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation  practices lead by 5 experts in  their field.

Living Well in 2023 Series includes:

  1. Chakra Mapping & Balancing with Yin Yoga with Rose Mary 1/28/23
  2. Ayurveda & Yoga for Mental Well Being with Tzipporah Gerson Miller 2/4/23
  3. Finding Your THRIVE through Ayurveda's Daily Habits with Jessica Otieno 2/11/23
  4. Yoga’s Universal Ethical Principles: The Yamas and The Niyamas in a Flow Yoga practice with Amanda 2/18/23
  5. Meditation and Pranayama to feed the Mind, Body & Soul with Stephanie 2/25/23
