FALL EQUINOX Kirtan + Cacao
• Saturday, September 19th @ 7-9 PM
Radha Rose and Josh will blast open your heart by the power of ceremonial cacao + call-and-response mantra chanting (“kirtan”), which activates your parasympathetic nervous system to feel more regulated, empowered and connected.
This seasonal occasion will also feature a flower ceremony for Mother Earth guided by Stephanie Clement of Stillness Yoga & Meditation Center
