This retreat invites you to embark on a transformative journey of self- discovery, exploring the interplay between shadows and light in both the external world of nature and the internal landscape of your body and mind. Through yoga, meditation, and connections with nature, you will learn to embrace and integrate all aspects of yourself, finding balance and harmony amidst life's contrasts. 

The retreat will be held at the serene Elohee retreat center atop Bald Mountain with hiking trails, a natural waterfall, reflection pond, a beautiful retreat space,  and wonderful lodging. The venue provides a secluded and peaceful environment conducive to introspection and connection with nature.
