Join Christina and Stephanie for a restorative practice filled with comfort and deep ease. Restorative Yoga is a soothing practice meant to calm busy minds and restore balance to the body and nervous system. Let the sound vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, chimes and Himalayan bowls wash over you and fill you with a sweet and settling sense of peace and well being. Take time to settle into yourself and rest.
