
When I approach a child, he inspires in me two sentiments; tenderness for what he is, and respect for what he may become. They also have active minds and lots of emotions! They love to express themselves in all forms. Yoga brings the physical, mental and emotional together creating balance in the lives of children and giving them the tools and resources they need to lead happier, healthier lives.
